a note-taking tool; and
a doctor-visit preparation helper.

The app helps you organize your own notes, recordings, transcripts, appointments, and visit preparation material.

The app is not a medical service, telehealth service, emergency service, public community, or doctor-patient communication platform.

Eligibility

If you are not old enough to agree to these Terms yourself, you should not use the app without help from a parent, guardian, or other appropriate adult.

Eva Pregnancy Journal helps organize information you choose to save. It does not provide medical care.

The app does not:

provide treatment;

interpret scans or laboratory results;
recommend medications; or
replace professional medical care.

AI And Transcript Limitations

Transcript help is optional.

Transcripts may contain mistakes, omissions, or misunderstood words. You should review and edit transcripts before relying on them or sharing them.

Discussion points and Visit Summary content are organizational tools based on your saved notes and transcripts. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment instructions, risk assessment, or emergency guidance.

If AI transcript or AI visit-preparation help is available and you choose to use it, you remain responsible for reviewing the output before using or sharing it.

User Responsibility

You are responsible for:

choosing what information to record or save;
reviewing saved notes;
reviewing transcripts;
reviewing Visit Summary content and discussion points before sharing them;
correcting anything that is incomplete or inaccurate; and
deciding what information to share with healthcare professionals.

The app can help organize your information, but it cannot decide what is important for your pregnancy care.

Exports And Sharing

The app may allow you to:

copy summaries;
share summaries;
export PDF summaries; and
copy or export app data for your own review or backup.

Sharing and export actions are controlled by you.

Once information is copied, shared, exported, pasted, saved outside the app, or sent through another app, it may no longer be under Eva Pregnancy Journal's control.

The app does not automatically send visit summaries to doctors, clinics, or other people.

Updates And Changes

The app may change over time. Features may be added, removed, renamed, or updated.

These Terms may also be updated when necessary. Updated Terms should be reviewed before public release or major product changes.

Limits Of This Tool

Eva Pregnancy Journal is provided as a journal and visit-preparation tool.

The developer cannot guarantee that:

transcripts are perfect;
AI-organized content is complete or error-free;
exported content is suitable for every purpose;
saved notes include every detail a healthcare professional may need; or
the app will meet every user's specific situation or care needs.

Use your own judgment and review important details before relying on app content, exported summaries, or transcripts.
